1. Where are your fireworks sourced from?
Our fireworks are sourced from Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu.

2. Do you offer wholesale/bulk orders?
Yes. Bulk orders are welcome, subject to product availability.

3. Do you provide delivery?
Yes, delivery is available to eligible locations, subject to applicable transportation regulations.

4. How can I place an order?
Select your products, add them to your order/cart, provide your details, and submit the order. Our team will contact you for confirmation if required.

5. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation may not be possible once the payment is made.  Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Can I return a product?
Fireworks generally cannot be returned after delivery. Damaged or incorrectly supplied products will be reviewed separately.

7. What if I receive a damaged product?
Contact us immediately with your order details and photographs/videos of the damaged package and product.

8. Are the prices fixed?
Prices and promotional discounts may change depending on stock availability and seasonal offers.

9. Can I order products that are out of stock?
Contact us and we can check availability or suggest alternatives.
